B) Product Use (purchase, access, or use of any Nuri kit, program, or materials shipped to you)
By purchasing, accessing, or using any Nuri product or program and accessing our website, you hereby consent to enroll into the Nuri Institute Trust Consortium. You understand that you will be a member of an international spiritual-scientific care/counseling research trust™, which has been established and approved internationally, and you agree to remain a member of the International Trust Consortium as approved by the Global Commission for Accreditation of Spiritual Medicine (“GCASM”). Any program-related forms must be approved by an authorized representative of the research trust committee to become valid and legally binding. By purchasing, accessing, or using any Nuri product or program and accessing our website you hereby consent to spiritual-scientific care counseling.

C) Proprietary Rights (applies to both Site Use and Product Use)
The format, methodology, structure, and composition of this website, our programs, guides, and any related documents are proprietary research trust property. Unauthorized use, reproduction, dissemination, and/or transmission of this protected content is prohibited. By checking the box (Site Use) and/or using our products (Product Use), you affirm that you have read and understand these terms and agree to proceed under them, and that any representations you make are true and correct. Shipping and Delivery
Peptides are shipped cold to preserve product integrity. Once approved, tracking details are provided. We are not responsible for shipping delays or issues outside of our control (e.g., courier mishandling, weather, customs).

‍Returns and Refunds
Peptides: All peptide program sales are final due to product sensitivity and storage requirements. You may receive a full refund if you have not filled out your intake form needed for shipment. Once the form is complete, the sale is final.
